Course Description:

Chances are you work with colleagues from two or more of the Baby Boomer, Generation X, and Millennial generations. While there are benefits to this diversity, it can also generate challenges. Issues can range from use of technology to how and when feedback is given, but problems are typically rooted in different expectations and styles of communication. In this workshop you will explore the best ways to bridge the communication gaps and leverage the strengths of each generation.

Learning objectives include:
- Gaining insight into the values and expetations of each of the generational groups;
- Considering the challenges posed by the multigenerational workplace; and
- Identifying solutions for creating greater harmony, productivity, and satisfaction for all generations working together.

Please note, this course includes catered lunch.  Please notify us if you have any food allergies and we will accommodate.  Thank you!
