Looking for skilled workers?

SkillSource is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing employers with ready access to skilled apprentices and providing apprentices with the guidance, training and support needed to achieve certification in their trade.

All SkillSource candidates undergo a detailed screening process, including reference checks, skills identification, safety awareness, and communication.  Our employees are skilled and highly qualified with the drive and dedication to make them a valuable asset to your organization. 

We assume the sponsor role and are responsible for payroll, Worker’s Compensation, apprentice support, as well as administration and coordination with ITA and training providers.  As the designated Host Employer, you provide relevant work experience and supervision to the apprentice. 

The registration process is quick and easy and your information will be on file with us so that when the time comes for you to hire an apprentice your request can be processed quickly.
